What was this for?
This is a video game where you manage a dock with the goal of making money, expanding your business, and weathering storms.
What did I do?
I was in charge of making an ALT card design with a program of my choice, while the other artists made one in unreal. I decided to have fun with it and make a C4D card with toolkit-able AE text. I enjoyed seeing what textures I could play with and what animations I could add to the simple camera movement. Once I had everything set up, I then made them work in vertical formats for finishing.

3D Background Creation
It was fun to make something new in C4D, experiment with layering of textures, and play with erosion. At first, I thought a 3D text could be interesting but I switched to AE Text for better flexibility.

Arrow Animations
My team wanted to have arrows point to various crates in the footage. I animated some frames to make movs with alphas to put in Unreal. I played around with a few styles until we got one we liked.
